PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION SUPPORT

Integration is the work of giving extraordinary experiences an ordinary place to belong.

What opens beyond the ordinary must find its way into ordinary life. Integration is everything.

Any work in psychedelic (psyche=mind/soul delic/os = made manifest) or non-ordinary/altered/expanded states of consciousness calls for legitimate, trauma informed integration support to help make meaning of these types of experiences. It helps us weave together insight into everyday life.

Integration sessions are available in person in Southern, Utah and nationwide via Zoom and is open to travel.

This offering is integration support only , no psychedelic substances are provided or administered, and this work is not medical or mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.

WHAT INTEGRATION SUPPORT LOOKS LIKE

  • Clarifying intention before a personal journey
  • Making meaning of non-ordinary experiences
  • Somatic and embodiment practices that ground insight in the body
  • Enneagram-informed reflection on patterns, protection, and choice
  • Ongoing one-on-one integration work, in person or via Zoom

WHO INTEGRATION IS FOR

Integration support is for adults who have had or are preparing for meaningful non-ordinary experiences and want those insights to actually change how they live. The work is relational, somatic, and grounded: mind, heart, and body together.

Wherever you are in the process, integration is where insight becomes a threshold to more choice, agency and ultimately, embodied sovereignty.

RESOURCES

A place to keep the reading, listening, and people worth knowing about. Integration is slower than a single experience, and it helps to have something to return to between sessions.

Here you will find more resources, referrals and information for education and harm reduction.

Integration STARTS HERE

These are the parts of the work that most often sit alongside integration.

Any one of them can be a first step, and none of them has to be the only one.

Harm reduction is paramount. Set, setting, and safe holding of the entire container is essential.

Before you go looking

This field remains broadly unregulated, often referred to as the Wild Wild West.

Not everyone offering to guide you has earned your trust.

Before placing your vulnerability in someone else’s hands, know what to look for, what to question, and what should never be asked of you.

Meaningful support can take many forms: talk therapy, trauma-informed coaching, bodywork, energy work, spiritual guidance, trusted community, and the steady presence of people who help you remain connected to yourself. Support can also be practical and symbolic. Meaningful imagery, ritual objects, and everyday reminders can help you remember why you began and what you are choosing to return to. They can become touchstones as you continue doing the next right thing, one step at a time.
