Everyday Enneagram

Your Type Is a Doorway, Not a Definition

Everyday Enneagram was the original doorway to now larger, more integrative work happening under the canopy of The Sovereign Den. The Enneagram reveals the patterns through which you organize attention, interpret experience, and move through the world. Rooted in the Narrative Enneagram tradition, it understands type as an adaptive strategy not the fullness of who you are.

Each of the nine points names a habit of attention , a strategy the mind built early on to feel safe, loved, or in control. This page follows the Narrative Tradition of Helen Palmer and Dr. David Daniels, where every type is a story best told from the inside. None is better than another each carries its own gift and its own shadow. It illuminates how you organize attention, interpret experience, and move through the world. Your type is an adaptive strategy, not the fullness of who you are. Click a number to explore the 9 different types.
