IN-PERSON

Breath Ceremony

A Breathwork Ceremony is a private or semi-private, four-hour, in-person experience.

This style of breathing is rooted in conscious, Holotropic inspired Breathwork. Each ceremony weaves breath, music, sound, embodiment, somatic work and exploration all in one intentional container.

Every ceremony is trauma-informed, consent based.

As a Holistic Somatic Practitioner, Jen guides, the breath opens what the mind alone cannot reach.

For more information about the mechanics of breath and what the leading neuroscience is teaching us about the brain, body and mind connection, request more information below and I’ll send you my Breathwork Ceremony Information Guide for anyone interesting in learning more.

WHAT WE MIGHT DO TOGETHER

  • Four hours, held privately or semi-privately
  • In person in or on location (travel expenses not included)
  • Conscious, Holotropic-inspired, embodied, somatically informed, trauma-informed, and consent-based throughout.
  • Music, intentional facilitation, and unhurried time to integrate.

IN PERSON OR ONLINE?

In person only. Ceremonies are held privately or semi-privately in St. George, Utah, or on location by arrangement (travel expenses not included). The preparation conversation before, and the integration conversation after, can happen over Zoom.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Breathwork is for adults seeking nervous-system regulation, embodiment, emotional release, and a deeper mind-heart-body connection.

No breathwork experience is needed , each ceremony is shaped around you, your intention, and your pace.

Because a Breathwork Ceremony is a fully embodied, in-person experience. Each ceremony can be a powerful anchor and reclamation of embodiment.

Corporate retreats and workshops are also welcomed. Offerings are modified and tailored to accommodate professional atmospheres and specific needs.

HOW TO BOOK

Ceremonies are booked directly with Jen. Send a request with a few words about what is drawing you to breathwork, and she will reach out to find a date and answer any questions. If you would like to read more first, ask for the Breathwork Ceremony Information Guide.
