COUPLES WITH CAPACITY

Loving each other well and knowing how to meet each other are different capacities. Even with sincere intentions, we can find ourselves repeating familiar patterns, defending, withdrawing, overextending, or struggling to feel understood.

Couples With Capacity is a four-month container for partners willing to become more curious about themselves, each other, and the relationship they are creating together.

Through a trauma-informed approach that draws on Enneagram wisdom, nervous-system awareness, and relational exploration, this work invites you to recognize what happens within and between you when connection becomes difficult.

Together, we explore the capacity to express needs, hear differences, take responsibility, and return to connection after a rupture.

There is room here for closeness and individuality, tenderness and honesty, boundaries and belonging. Each partner is invited to participate in their own growth while tending to what they share. Because understanding your patterns is a beginning.

Building the capacity to respond differently is an ongoing practice, one you can learn to cultivate together.

Cost is per couple, per month. This is entails 4 monthly zoom session, course curriculum,. Lifework and a closing in person Breathwork ceremony.
