"Return Home to Your Own Belonging" Coming Home is a twelve-month women’s cohort devoted to personal sovereignty, embodied self-awareness, and the lifelong practice of belonging to yourself.

This is not simply a course to complete or a collection of ideas to understand. It is a year-long relational container in which insight is given time to become capacity, and capacity is practiced until it begins to shape the way you choose, speak, relate, repair, and live.

Many of us already understand parts of our story. We may recognize our patterns, name our wounds, and know what we would like to change. But consciousness alone does not always give us the capacity to choose differently.

Coming Home creates space for the slower work of bringing what we know into relationship with the body, the nervous system, our attachments, our desires, and the lives we are actually living.

The year unfolds through four elemental movements: Air — Speaking and Acknowledgment We begin with breath, language, and truth. We name what has shaped us, explore our origin stories and protective patterns, and establish a shared foundation of sovereignty, consent, nervous-system awareness, and choice. Water — Movement We explore identity, attachment, codependency, differentiation, and containment. Water invites what has become rigid or stagnant to move while teaching us how to remain connected without merging, rescuing, controlling, or abandoning ourselves. Fire — Alchemy We enter the territory of life force, Eros, desire, trauma patterning, agency, resonance, and coherence. Fire does not erase the past. It transforms our relationship with what we have carried and asks us to participate consciously in what we are becoming. Earth — Embodiment

The final quarter brings the work into community, lineage, belonging, responsibility, and lived practice. We explore rupture and repair, generational healing, competence, equanimity, and the sacred self. What has been acknowledged, moved, and transformed is brought into form through the way we live.

Throughout the year, we work with nervous-system regulation, inner-child exploration, Internal Family Systems, attachment and relational patterns, archetypes and symbolism, differentiation, sexuality, embodiment, trauma awareness, spiritual discernment, ancestry, community, and personal accountability.

The curriculum is designed as a spiral: central themes such as sovereignty, consent, capacity, belonging, and choice return throughout the year at increasing levels of depth.

The cohort gathers weekly for a 90-minute Den Meeting on Zoom. Meetings may include grounding, teaching, guided reflection, embodied practice, dyad or small-group conversation, and full-group integration.

Lifework is offered to help carry the teaching into ordinary life, with room for personal pacing and choice.

Four elemental ceremonies—Air, Water, Fire, and Earth—mark the major thresholds of the year. These gatherings create space for intention, ritual, embodiment, shared witness, and integration. Ceremony is not separate from the curriculum; it allows the curriculum to be experienced beyond the intellect.

No one is asked to perform healing, disclose beyond her consent, or force herself into an experience she does not have the capacity to hold. Participation is invitational.

Pacing matters. Rest matters. Humor, pleasure, creativity, and ordinary life belong here too. Coming Home is for the woman who is ready to examine the places where she has abandoned herself to maintain connection, certainty, approval, or belonging. It is for the woman who wants to understand her story without becoming permanently defined by it and who is willing to take increasing responsibility for the life she is creating now.

The goal is not to emerge perfected, perpetually regulated, or finished with the work of being human. The invitation is to become more able to remain with yourself: to recognize your voice, trust your discernment, honor your capacity, repair when needed, and stay connected without disappearing.

You do not leave the Den because the work is finished. You leave because you have become your, and stepped into your own ground. You are not searching for the medicine somewhere outside of yourself.

You are the medicine.

The Game Plan

  1. Quarter 1 · Months 1–3Speaking and Acknowledgment

Air is the element of breath, voice, language, and truth. We begin by giving words to what has shaped us: our stories, wounds, beliefs, protective patterns, and longings. This quarter establishes the foundation for the year through sovereignty, consent, nervous-system awareness, and choice. We practice acknowledging what is true without shame, speaking what has remained unspoken, and allowing the breath to create space around what we discover. Closes with the Air Ceremony — breath, acknowledgment, intention, and giving voice to what is ready to be named.

  2. Quarter 2 · Months 4–6Movement

Water teaches us how to move without abandoning ourselves. It invites emotion, flexibility, surrender, responsiveness, and the capacity to remain in relationship with what is changing. This quarter explores the identities and attachment strategies that once helped us belong. We begin loosening what has become fixed, distinguishing authenticity from adaptation, and learning how to stay connected without merging, rescuing, controlling, or disappearing. Closes with the Water Ceremony — an invitation to move what has become stagnant, soften what has become rigid, and release what no longer belongs in your container.

  3. Quarter 3 · Months 7–9Alchemy

Fire is the element of life force, transformation, illumination, and alchemy. It does not erase what has happened. It changes our relationship with what we have carried. This quarter brings the work more fully into the body. We explore desire, trauma patterning, energetic responsibility, and the relationship between awareness, capacity, and choice. The focus shifts from simply understanding yourself to consciously participating in what you are becoming. Closes with the Fire Ceremony — a ceremonial threshold of transformation, reclamation, and the conscious choice of what will be carried forward.

  4. Quarter 4 · Months 10–12Embodiment

Earth is the element of grounding, form, belonging, and lived reality. It asks us to bring the work out of insight and into the way we speak, choose, relate, repair, create, and live. The final quarter brings the curriculum into community, lineage, and embodied practice. We explore how to belong without betraying ourselves, examine what we have inherited, and decide what we are willing to continue. The year closes not with another demand to heal, but with integration, celebration, and a return to the sacredness already within us. Closes with the Earth Ceremony — leaving the Den and returning home to your own belonging.
